Terms of Service
Welcome to Stravelle. These terms of service outline the conditions for accessing our Executive training, Business coaching, digital products, and merchandise. By engaging with our offerings, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
This policy applies to three categories: services (Executive training and Business coaching), digital products, and merchandise. Different conditions apply to each category as detailed below.
2. Executive Training and Business Coaching
Bookings for live or virtual sessions fall under this section. To qualify for reimbursement or rescheduling, you must notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled session. Notifications sent later do not qualify for reimbursement. However, we can offer a one-time rescheduling if requested at least 7 days prior. Sessions must be completed within 90 days of the initial date. Sessions are considered delivered once commenced, and no reimbursement or rescheduling is available after that point.
Reimbursements are processed to the original payment source within 10 working days after approval. To request a change or a reimbursement, please complete the Contact Form with your booking details and Business ID KW-0440293.
3. Digital Products
Digital products include e-books, recordings, and online materials available for download or streaming. Due to their nature, we are unable to issue reimbursements once access has been granted. Please review product previews carefully. Any eligible reimbursement requests will be handled at our discretion and processed within 10 working days after confirmation.
4. Merchandise
Physical goods must be sent back in original condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate the process, complete the Contact Form. You are responsible for the shipping arrangements. Once we receive the items and verify their condition, we will issue a reimbursement to the original payment source within 10 working days. Custom or personalized items cannot be sent back and are non-refundable due to their tailored nature.
5. How to Request Reimbursements or Rescheduling
All requests should be submitted via the Contact Form. Provide your name, booking reference, service type, and Business ID KW-0440293. We aim to respond within 5 working days of receipt.
